If you are bulk billed, no payment is required. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full fee of your consultation on the day of your appointment.
Fees paid on the day of appointment.
The practice will submit any claim to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare typically pays the rebate within 24.
Fees can be paid via Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS.
Some services can be claimed under Work Cover, CTP claims consultations, a Chronic Disease Management Plan, or Mental health Care Plan.

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance. A no show/cancellation fee of $55 may apply if your appointment is cancelled with less than 3 hours’ notice.
